Daylight Transport initially started in Air Freight before achieving a ground based network that today contends with airfreight networks, offering delayed air transit times at normal truck rates. Daylight Transport has built a “Sleeper Team” direct network that permits it to offer extremely fast over-the-road service on less than truckload (LTL) consignments. Its standard shipment is just over 1000lbs system-wide.
